BVI FLOTILLA 2025!!!
Join ANSA for a 9 night flotilla in the British Virgin Islands. We are chartering 5 vessels including 4 monohulls and 1 catamaran, from Conch Charters.
All crew are expected to arrive no later than 1630 on March 28 to board the vessels. Flight and ferry arrangements are the responsibility of individual attendees. We will depart Tortola for the cruise the following morning, after an orientation given by Conch Charters staff.
You may register in four different ways:
We have 19 cabins available. Registrations are for a cabin, and "Spaces Left" refers to the number of cabins remaining. Once there are no spaces left, members may join the Waitlist. Registrations will be processed in the order received and based on the Waitlist sign-up date.
A deposit of 50% is required to complete your registration. An invoice for the remaining 50% balance will be generated and emailed to you following your registration. The balance of the fee is due by December 10, 2024.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations between December 1st and February 10th will be fully refunded based on our ability to replace your registration.
There will be no refunds for cancellations after February 10th.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
Costs such as flights, ferries, hotels, miscellaneous transportation, dockage, and provisioning are NOT included in this fee. Available airports include St Thomas (STT) and Road Town, Tortola (EIS). If you fly to STT you will need to take the 50 minute ferry to Road Town. Each vessel will coordinate and undertake their own provisioning, sharing the cost.
ASA CERTIFICATIONS:
ANSA skippers and instructors may provide training for ASA 104, Bareboat Cruising, and ASA 114, Catamaran Cruising. Indicate your interest on your registration form. The fee will be $300 per class/certification which will be invoiced separately.
We will provide additional details soon on possible itineraries, provisioning sources, packing suggestions, and more. A series of Zoom calls will be held to advise sailors on best practices, equipment to bring, and Q&A periodically as we approach our Flotilla date.
GUESTS and PREFERENCES:
If you select a double occupancy cabin option, please provide your mates name and contact info in the Guest Information field on the registration form. That way we can include them in future communications.
Also include any preferences for sharing a vessel with other registrants or any other requests or concerns in the Comments field.
