ANSA has submitted its application for recognition of tax-exempt status as a section 501(c)(3) organization to the IRS and is currently awaiting IRS review of the application.  If the application is approved, the organization’s exempt status likely will be retroactive to October 29, 2025, the date ANSA submitted its application to the IRS, and donations to ANSA made on or after October 29, 2025, may be tax-deductible. Please consult your own tax advisor for personal tax guidance concerning the possible deductibility of any contribution to ANSA and the timing of such contribution. ANSA cannot guarantee approval of its exemption application.  We will keep you updated after we receive a determination concerning ANSA’s tax-exempt status. We truly appreciate your support.
