Strategic Planning Session for 2025!

Join the ANSA Executive Committee and other members at the ANSA Cottage at Hartge's to participate in brain storming and planning for future ANSA direction and activities.

Choose from the following topics and we will divide ourselves into five groups.  We will have a brief intro and then breakout into five groups for brain storming. Then report back as a group and have some refreshments.

1. Constitution Revisions and Conversion to 501(c)(3) - charitable organization [LEAD:  Commodore & VC, Eli McGuigan and Anthony Nations]
2. Cottage Use and Funding - how to support our cottage habit and use the cottage over the winter months to generate income [LEAD: RC for Ops Scott Johnson]
3. Fleet Maintenance - maintaining our fleet and keeping the boats clean and ready for their busy schedule, improvements priorities [LEAD:  Fleet Captain Allen Boetig]
4. Big Boat Committee - begin discussing the steps and process for identifying a Bigger Boat for ANSA that would support ASA 104 (overnight classes) [LEAD:  Instructor Emma Jimmyer]
5. Racing Program - how to support our racing, train, and improve [LEAD:  Racing Captain Jay Moon]

Please add a second choice in your Comments when you register so we can allocate evenly. Registration will close on October 25 so that we can plan this event in more detail.  We will contact you that week to provide any additional outline/details and assignment to break out groups.
